Rocksmith base without patches does not work, has no audio output or input, does not work, realtone does not detect it. My motherboard has the internal interface disabled from bios, it's like it doesn't exist, I just use the external interface. Theyre not in the rocksmith 2014 files in the steam app folder. Depending on why you want to use the Focusrite you could then try to get it to work with the asio hack but imo not worth the hassle for RS unless you need it to control monitors or something. Rocksmith 2014 Remastered Edition dylib patch for loading and playing CDLC Resources. I would get that working before messing with any additional hardware that's not officially supported. Have you tried just using stock RockSmith with none of those hacks/patches and use the internal sound card right from its analog output? There is a setup guide that should be in your RockSmith folder to help you configure everything correctly. So, could you describe how your speaker/headphones are setup? Most systems this is plug in play, but the threads and configuration FAQ usually fix the few sound issues that some people run into. Most apps you wouldn't notice a delay because you don't hear it on both sides (guitar and speaker). This app is one of the few that is very critical on delays of sound because you are trying to play a gutiar, have it processed, and hear it through the speakers. So there has to be something on the output of sound from your computer. The only other cause that we have ran into is trying to use a cable that is not the Real Tone cable, but you said above you were using that. I play on a laptop and the only connections that i have are: 1 P3 input (input/output) and 2 USB 3.0. It is usually the output of sound from your computer. Okay, i know: 'Real Tone Cable is better', but here where i live there is no place where i can buy it and if i import from somewhere else, then ill be expensive af. So for me the "game" is useless.if there is no "normal" way to fix it, wtf did the game developerĪs you can see, there is one main problem with delay.
